Yuji P

Yuji is an engaged and thoughtful member of the Malvern College Tokyo community. While he naturally takes pride in his abilities, he is learning the value of humility, recognising that everyone has different strengths and privileges to appreciate. For him, being a role model isn’t about standing in the spotlight but about embodying strong moral values and setting a quiet example for others to follow. In the classroom, Yuji enjoys contributing to discussions and often takes on leadership roles, though he believes that learning from others is just as important as leading. Beyond academics, he is a dedicated member of the basketball team, where teamwork and perseverance are key. He believes that making a positive impact doesn’t always require grand gestures; small acts of kindness, such as helping a classmate or taking on extra responsibilities, can be just as meaningful in building a supportive and inclusive school community.
